Joe & Andy's 24 Hour Cycle · 10 July 2012

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Yet again we are doing something daft... however this time not in a pub!

With our usual lack of organisation (Joe doesn't even have a bike at the moment) and time management skills (hence the impromtu nature of this) we are attempting to get across the country by bike in 24 hours (or as far as we can get).

We aim to start out in Southport on Tues 17th evening and see how far along the Transpennie Way we can get by the same time on Wed 18th.

We are aiming to raise funds for 2 charities close to both our hearts in Macmillan Cancer Support and Teenage Cancer Trust.

Unfortunately, the way justgiving is set up we cannot split the money 50/50 so we ask you to pick a charity (via each of our pages) to donate to or donate twice in a smaller amount.

Cheers, and hopefully after this we can go back to our normal silly antics which don't involve bikes!
