Thanks for agreeing to sponsor me and help with Leukaemia Research!

I've chosen this charity since dad has leukaemia and I like to feel I'm doing my bit!

The triathlon is part charity raiser, but probably also part disguised mid life crisis!! I'm hoping to finish in under 3 hours, but actually just to finish without the help of a rescue boat will do just fine!

Finished - although the last hill nearly did for me. 3hrs 13 unofficially. Despite being overtaken by what seemed like an unending line of 50+ bikers and runners, I'm delighted to have made it. 150th/180ish I think and that'll do nicely. Bustin skin website may have some pics of me looking white with exhaustion!
