At HSBC Commercial banking in South West and Wales, we have chosen 2 charities, Latch and The Grand Appeal, to work with in 2013. In support of these 2 fantastic charities, we are cycling from Swansea to Land End (around 450 miles in all) over 7 days. Each day we will be cycling between 45 and 75 miles;

For those of you that know me well, as you would expect the training is as yet non existant but please don't let that stop you sponsering me in support of this amazing charity, I am going to make it!!
