As some of you may be aware on Thursday 8th September 2011 i will be taking part in 8 triathlons all in one day, i will be doing one triathlon at 8 different Everyone Active Leisure Centres.  The reason i am doing this is for one of my colleagues who unfortunatly got diagnosed with cancer.  Myself and the brilliant team at Everyone Active will be completing 8 lengths of the pool ( 200 meters), 1 mile run and 5km on the bike at 8 different sites.  We will be starting at Watford Leisure Centre at 6:30am and will be finishing at Fareham Leisure Centre at approximatly 9pm.

The aim is to complete the triathlon at each site in 45 minutes but for all of you that know me at the moment its taking me 35 minutes to complete just the 8 lengths of a pool :-(  so really need all your support as i am in the pool every day at the moment. Also a pair of armbands would probably help at the moment. :-)

Please please please dig deep and help support myself and the amazing other 100 participants that will be completing this event on the 8th September.

No matter how big or small your donation is every little helps towards this fantastic charity who have already done so much for our colleague.
