Hi Everyone, 

So this year I will be tracing the steps of my Roman ancestors across Hadrian’s Wall in my first ever attempt of a charity fundraising challenge!

In the space of two days this July, I will be cycling, trekking and paddling 84 miles across the rugged moorlands and salt marshes of the northern terrain.

The fundraiser is for Macmillan Cancer Support and will be dedicated to my late Granny Kitty who sadly lost her battle to cancer 16 years ago.  Towards the end of her battle I experienced first-hand how organisations like Macmillan offer invaluable support to those affected by cancer.
