Myself and 9 other Sony Music people have joined forces to take on the Total Warrior challenge come Saturday 6th August 2011, to raise money for Matthew's Friends.

Matthew's Friends raises awareness and promotes the use of a specially designed diet for children whose epilepsy cannot be controlled by drugs. They provide a huge amount of advice and direct support to the families and the professionals. The Total Warrior challenge is a 10km obstacle course. 20 specially designed obstacles stand between the team and the finish line. Hills, mud, water, tunnels, walls, fire and more will test our strength, stamina, agility and mental fortitude. Together we will survive!
