Story
This year I will be competing in the UK Forum All Stars ice hockey tournament for the second year in a row! 8 teams each representing a charity play each other all with the aim of having fun and importantly raising loads of money for charity. Last year, a staggering £49,100 was raised and I hope that we can beat that this year!
I am proud to be playing for the Sheffield Children's Hospital. Sheffield Children's Hospital fund four key areas:
- £250,000 of research each year into the prevention and cure of childhood illnesses.
- New facilities to extend the range of treatment provided.
- Improvements to the hospital environment that will benefit patients, families and visitors.
- Specialist medical equipment.
