On Sunday 1st October I'll be cycling the journey from Windsor castle to Buckingham Palace along with a group of other fundraising co-workers for the princes trust.

The princes trust provides incredibly valuable services and resources to disadvantaged kids, helping ensure a troubled past doesn't mean a troubled future.
