I will be running the Great South Run in Portsmouth this October to raise money for The Wessex Autistic Society

Its a 10 mile run which I hope to complete in under 90 minutes 

The Wessex Autistic Society is a voluntary organisation, baed in Christchurch, which aims to ensure that people with Autism receive appropriate education, care, support and individual development services.
