<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">The human race has achieved many great feats over the millennia – building the Great Wall of China, scaling Mount Everest, walking on the moon…but few can lay claim to the following…</span></span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">On the 21st & 22nd of October Joe and Grant will be embarking on a 46 mile, adventure across what many still consider the final frontier –Norfolk- </span></span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">OK so not that treacherous a terrain but before you start to think that’s a walk in the park (or field as it actually will be), there are two very important things to bear in mind…we’ll be doing this in 24 hours and we’ll be bound together at the legs. Why 46 miles? Because that’s the distance of the Peddars Way path which we’ll be following. We’re not sure if this breaks any world records or not (I doubt there’s much in the book about trekking through rural Norfolk bound to a South African) but we’re looking into whether we can set one or not. Either way, it’s going to be a challenge. </span></span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">As exciting as it sounds, trekking through muddy fields in Norfolk in late October bound to each other constantly for 24 hours with no sleep, we’re not just doing this for fun.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>We’re hoping to raise money for Craft AID UK and Steps, 2 brilliant charities quite different from each other, much like the walk’s participants.</span></span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Craft Aid UK is a charity that provides support for vulnerable children in Uganda, one of the World’s poorest countries. Steps is a small national charity supporting children and adults affected by a lower limb conditions. These charities might not be household names just yet but they both do amazing work and desperately need our support.</span></span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">So we’d really appreciate it if you could dig deep and spare some pennies to help us raise money for these two very worthy causes and spare us the humiliation of being bound together in some muddy fields for no reason good reason…</span></span></em></p>
