Hi,

Euroclear, the company I work for, is supporting a school and community in Kalengo, Uganda.

Euroclear started to support the school and community in 2013, donating a sum of 118.000 GBP over a 3 year period  to build and equip classrooms, build latrines, create a borehole and provide teacher and health training.

Although the money that Euroclear has already donated has provided clean water, classrooms, sport equipment and furniture, as well as some teacher training, there are still many projects that need our help.

One of the things for which money is being raised at the moment, is a new kitchen, with the incentive of feeding around 800 children, so that they stay in school, concentrate in class, pass their exams and lead fulfilling and happy lives.

By fundraising through running this year's 20 km of Brussels I hope to contribute to the goals set for this year. Euroclear matches every donation made. Every minor contribution counts...
