<p>I was diagnosed with Kidney Disease due to a childhood condition called renal reflux where the urine went back into my kidney and at 21years old I was diagnosed with kidney failure with only 11% total kidney function. With thanks to my brother I had a kidney transplant in 2008. I am fundraising to celebrate having the gift of a transplant, to help the Charities&rsquo; that helped me when I was sick to help other people that are suffering with Kidney Disease.</p> <p>South Eastern Kidney&nbsp; Patients Association is a small local Charity that helps people like me with welfare grants, grants for fridges for medication, disability adaption&rsquo;s.</p> <p>They also support Kidney Research and pay for equipment such as dialysis machines at the hospital.</p> <p>Please help me to raise vital funding to support local people with this long term life threatening condition.</p> <p>Thank You</p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
