I was diagnosed with Kidney Disease due to a childhood condition called renal reflux where the urine went back into my kidney and at 21years old I was diagnosed with kidney failure with only 11% total kidney function. With thanks to my brother I had a kidney transplant in 2008. I am fundraising to celebrate having the gift of a transplant, to help the Charities’ that helped me when I was sick to help other people that are suffering with Kidney Disease.

South Eastern Kidney  Patients Association is a small local Charity that helps people like me with welfare grants, grants for fridges for medication, disability adaption’s.

They also support Kidney Research and pay for equipment such as dialysis machines at the hospital.

Please help me to raise vital funding to support local people with this long term life threatening condition.
