Saturday 10th May 2014 sees the return of the annual Cardiff to Tenby bike ride, the CarTen100, this year hoping to raise over £100,000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.  This year is the biggest field ever, with around 1300 riders taking part.  I'll be doing my bit again, cycling the 107 or so miles in one (long) day.  Please support me by giving generously to this most worthwhile cause.  Thank you.
