I've just joined one of the Monmouth sculling crews after injury forced Paul Bezani to retire.. We will be rowing in rather heavy explorer type coxed quads over a very complicated course on Dutch canals and rivers with 4 race sections. It's one of the biggest challenges of my rowing career. As a retired doctor, I know how grateful hospitals are to receive charitable donations.
