Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

I have decided to try and raise money for the MS Society Scotland by running in the Mens Health Forum Scotland 10k on 16 June in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow.

You may know that Scotland has the highest prevalence of MS in the world with over 10500 people affected. It can strike at any time and, as yet, there is no cure. My younger brother, Jim has this condition.

Please donate what you feel you an afford; thanks for our support!

Completed my final training run last night (Tuesday) along the course and finished in 1 hour, 49 seconds so the magical 1 hour barrier is in sight! Here's hoping for Sunday!

Mega thanks to everyone who has donated so far, an amazing £500+

Oh well, it's 11.20 on Saturday night, I'm as ready now as I'm ever going to be, let's hope for some nice weather tomorrow!

And we're up to £600+ Briliant, and thanks!!

Just got back home from the run, a great day and managed to finish in 56:40!!

Thanks again to everyone for your support.
