Ann, my wife, has coeliac disease and she is the reason for me choosing this charity. There are many frustrations with requiring a gluten free diet as food labelling is not always that good, and many restaurants are not able to supply gluten free food or in some cases don't know what gluten is.</p> <p>Raising &pound;200 will help coeliac UK campaign for better diagnosis and management of coeliac disease, as well as improved food labelling and availability of gluten free foods. &pound;10 could produce 5 gluten free food and drink directories.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
