I will be running in the Windsor half Marathon on 27th Sept. You have all been great givers in the past for Sebastian's Trust. It is a great charity and has moved on in a big way since I did my first Marathon in Dublin 5 years ago. You can check their web site to see how much they have achieved. The facility will benefit familys with very ill children. I am very proud that I have been able to raise finances in the past. Please donate what you can. Great News. I did it in 2hrs 5mins 52secs. It was a vey tough one with the heat and many hills. I was told afterwards by Fish and Nick Cross that it was there that we trained for our bike ride to Normandy. I'd forgotten the hills. Thanks for checking the page out and please if you can donate a few more BOB. It's very much appreciated by all involved with this charity and myself as i sit here with a vey sore.......
