To those of you who are unaware I am possibly one of THE most unfit human beings on the planet. I drink (too much (or so I am told...)), I smoke (Definitely too much..) eat rubbish, and I do not do any exercise to speak of to counteract these awfully unhealthy habits.!! 

The opportunity arose for me to ride from PAris - Chichester with work, all in aid of The Huntington's Disease Association which is FMP's charity of the year for the coming 12 months (www.hda.org.uk/huntingtons-disease/what-is-huntingtons-disease). Huntington's disease is a condition that stops parts of the brain working properly over time. It gets gradually worse and is usually fatal after a period of up to 20 years. There's currently no cure for Huntington's disease or any way to stop it getting worse but treatment and support can help reduce some of the problems that is causes.
This disease ruins lives of sufferers and their families so please support me and this charity by sponsoring me. 

Justin @ FMP Global is hosting this fundraising cycling event from Paris - Chichester. So far 17 of us have taken up the challenge :) :) We are cycling from Paris Gare Du Nord, all the way to Goodwood, following the "Avenue Verte" cycle route. It takes place over 4 days, ending at Justin's house in time for the FMP summer party and no doubt with 100's of people cheering us across the finish line... That equates to around 50 miles a day, or to put it another way 1 x London - Brighton every day for 4 days...!! Bearing in mind that i have ridden to work 6 times in the last year and maybe been out for fun once this puts the size of this challenge into perspective somewhat! .
