This is me in July, running in the London British 10k to raise money for Over The Wall.

I must be a sucker for punishment, cos I am doing it again at the Bexhill Seafront 10k on Sunday, September 27th.

Over The Wall is a small charity with a big voice (please watch the video if you've got time.) It provides activity camps for severly ill or disabled children and is the sister company to the Hole In The Wall Gang founded by actor Paul Newman. As well as boosting confidence and pushing the boundaries of sick children, it also runs camps for brothers and sisters, giving them space to be themselves again - everyone needs a break.

I hope to raise about £500 (or more!) but only with your help. So  The run is at the end of September, so be quick, think big, sign up and help us along!!
