It's that time of year again when for some unknown reason I have decided to run the Manchester 10 km again and this year, I am choosing another different Charity.

The charity this year is the Booth Centre. The Booth Centre is an amazing charity based in the centre of Manchester that aim is to bring positive change in the lives of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and help them plan for and realise a better future.

​They do this by providing advice to find accommodation, education, training and help to secure employment, free healthy meals, support in tackling issues with health and addiction, and creative activities to boost confidence and self esteem.

This is an amazing charity which makes a difference and helps people get of the streets.So please donate generously!
