<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">This programme will launch on the 20<sup>th</sup> June and run until 20<sup>th</sup> July.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As part of this launch some of the Leadership Team from Group Operations will be taking part in a Bikeathon from John O’Groats to Lands End (over 1000 miles), visiting four centres on the way.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The purpose of this is to make a real and positive impact on the communities in which we operate, promote healthy living, demonstrate a focus on the well-being of our people around the world and to encourage collaborative working in Group Operations.</span></span></p>
