I am taking part in the London Triathlon on the 22nd July as part of the TSB 'Beat The Boss' team.

I did the swim a year ago as part of a relay team, but they have all abandoned me so this year I have to do all three events!  I will be doing the sprint distance - 750m swim, 20km bike ride and 5k run.

I'm hoping to raise £250 for the NSPCC to help with their excellent work fighting to end child abuse in the UK.  If you can spare any cash at all to support it will be greatly appreciated and go to a brilliant cause.
