Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In a moment of madness I agreed to take up a spare place for Bradford Cancer Support on the Great North Run. I have not entered any running races since the egg and spoon race at my childrens' junior school and I have a feeling this might be a bit different but I know what great practical work Bradford Cancer Support do and so I've cut out the curries and joined a gym.

And now I can say I successfully completed the run in a time of 2h 7m 4s which is faster than I ever hoped for. It was a lovely day, too hot for running really, and I thoroghly enjoyed the fantastic occasion.

Many many thanks on behalf of Bradford Cancer Support and myself to all who have donated so far. Because of your generosity I have been able to exceed my final target to £500. You are wonderful!
