<p>Hi there,</p> <p>Thank you for looking at my just giving page, I have decided to do a 10k run to try and raise some money for a charity which has proved so valuable to my siter, her husband, daughter and most of all Mark their son. I will post regular updates of my training on here as I build up for my 10k run in Glasgow on September the 4th.... I know it does not sound far but believe me walking to the pub and back has me out of breath so its a major challenge for myself, hopefully you will all join me and be generous enough to sponser me in support of this wonderful charity!!
