Story

I'm doing the Caledonia Etape http://www.etapecaledonia.co.uk/ along with my colleagues John Kerr and Mark McCabe on 15 May to raise money for Police Treatment Centres in the UK. It involves an 81 mile cycle around Perthshire including an interesting hill climb. The centres help thousands of police officers every year and I've got a lot to thank them for as they have helped me with on and off duty injuries, greatly speeding up my return to work which is good for me and the communities I serve.

Please dig deep and i will endeavour to do the rest..
