<p>So please dig deep and donate now. I have been part of True Volunteer Foundation since its inception in 2004. It is a unique organisation where volunteers are neither paid or receive expenses for the work they do but give their time and expertise freely. TVF operates in the UK and all over the world focusing on issues relating to children and poverty. TVF are organising a Charity Cycle Ride from Cambodia to Vietnam, 400 km in mid November 2011 to raise money to support an orphanage project in Cambodia, and build a school in Vietnam. We will also support the Catalyst Foundation, which deals with human trafficking and will help a village where adults and children as young as 7 work on a waste site sifting through hospital and other waste to earn $2.50/$5.00 a day. Mortality is very high.</p>
