This year I made a resolution to get fit and do one epic challenge each year as up to this point have just worked on building the business. Having decided to use the climb as an opportunity to raise money for a local charity I asked my customers who I should support and they suggested Tapping House, The Norfolk Hospice. With the trip booked I decided that for Christmas this year instead of getting presents I would like a 12 week personal training program to try and get myself in shape with the aim of doing the Kilimanjaro trek at the end. I am using a local personal trainer who is a customer of ours, Angus Kaye from a company called Gusfit. Since doing the sessions with Gus I have lost 20lbs and seen my metabolic age go down from a scary 51 to a respectable 22. The trek is booked for 1 June until 10 June.

Arbuckles is the kit sponsor for the trek and is also going to donate £2000 to the cause as long as we can raise £2000 through other means.
