<p>Well, the race has been run and the dust has now settled, and I am pleased to inform you all that I finished the Lincoln 10k Road Race in a respectable 46 minutes 55 seconds.</p> <p>In the past few weeks I have been overwhelmed by the support and donations that the Lincoln MS Therapy Centre has received from family, friends and also work buddies through this justgiving site. I have still yet to collect in all the off-line donations, so I think it looks very much like we will manage to beat last years total of &pound;425, which is fantastic news!</p> <p>The Lincoln MS Therapy Centre will still need the help from fundraising such as this for the rest of the year, to keep up with the day to day running costs of the centre. My good friend Jimmy Grocock is running the 2012 London Marathon for this very cause, and you can visit his justgiving page at - James-Grocock0, if you have any spare cash hidden under the bed then please support Jimmy, he is doing so well in training for this once in a life time run.</p> <p>I'm hoping to join Jimmy in some more races this year ( excluding the London Marathon), we have pencilled in the Addidas 24hr ThunderRun which is an off the road relay race in July which we will be raising money for the MS Centre again. So keep a look out for more of our challenges, and please keep supporting us as we try to achieve a great cash total for the year towards a local charity that needs our help.
