I am doing the Killarney Adventure Race this October 2016. This is a 50km semi-pro route, which involves cycling, kayaking and running.

Why are we (there's a few of us doing it for fields of life) doing this? All to raise money for clean water in East Africa.

THE GIFT OF A BOREHOLE TO A VILLAGE WILL:

- Reduce the number of hours spent walking long distances to collect water.

- Allow young girls to attend school.

- Reduce the number of water related diseases and ultimately deaths.

- Reduce young girls being vulnerable of attack walking through remote areas to get water.
