I've decided to run the Edinburgh Marathon in May and have also decided to try and raise some money for a small charity a friend of mine has set up called S.A.L.V.E. International.  The charity helps orphaned, abandoned and rejected children living on the streets of Uganda.  This year the charity's main aim is to raise enough funds to buy some land to build a permanent base for the kids.

I've started training already, a lot more is needed if i'm going to finish but getting some money raised will give me some extra motivation!
