Well here we go again!

I wont bore you with how my training has gone with my ankle, as I know I will not get any sympathy.

As I have endured three months of no boozing and have barely been down the pub, I thought I would try and raise some money for a charity that I support.

As you know Jo and Hp suffer from a mild form of neurofibromatosis.So its for a good cause.
