On Sunday October 1st, no matter what the weather, I will race a 45 miles route from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle.

I did this last year and it was exhausting but great fun.  I’m looking forward to the day, as we will be riding for a great cause: The Palace To Palace race is organized by the Prince’s Trust, who aim to help thousands of vulnerable young people back into work, education and training.

Just need to get some practice in now...
