I’m raising money for The Prince's Trust.  Please help me to support the amazing work they do.

Some of you will remember that I completed this event in 2012, in a not-too-shabby time of about 2hrs 45mins.  This year, I will be doing the same distance of 45 miles and hoping to beat my previous time.

My "training" since the 2012 event has been a single ten-mile ride in the Summer of 2013 as building a house has taken over my life.  So this year will be quite a struggle, I might even need stabilisers.
