Story
I've been very fortunate so far in my life with a superb family around me, great friends, and a good job which keeps me very busy and provides a relatively comfortable existence ...... but now its time for me to give something back!
15 former Welsh Rugby captains will be embarking on a unique adventure when they will attempt to climb to the Roof of Africa to raise funds for lung cancer research stands at 19,340ft/5,985m and the Welsh captains, players, current coach Warren Gatland, and I will be tackling the world’s highest standing volcano from 6-15 September 2010.
This amazing Trek is for an amamzing charity but its success is ultimately all up to people like you - my family, friends, and work colleagues, who's donations could make the difference in a breakthrough against beating cancer.
I am well aware of the hard times we all face personally at the moment but I am sure that between us we can help reach my target amount that will enable me to complete this Trek ...... and give something back!
£1, £5, £10, £50, £1,000 .... the choice is yours, but every penny will help and can really make a difference.
