Your support will help children, teenagers, families and other people transform their lives. Every day of the year, Quarriers gives independence to people with a disability and breathing space to families under pressure. We give hope to young people requiring educational support, and housing assistance to the young people who need it most. We give much-needed respite breaks to carers and vital back up to people with epilepsy. Beyond all the people that Quarriers supports are the families they come from, and the communities they live in, who are better off because you've helped us give them some comfort, safety and a ray of hope. The fact you're reading this today means you're about to support somebody who's raising money for Quarriers. My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 26th. June 2010 I will be setting of to climb the 5895 meters of Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of Quarriers.

As the BIG 4-0 approaches I wanted to do something to mark this milestone, and what better way than by trying to help those who are less fortunate than myself. I have already started the hard part by trying to get into shape for this adventure of a lifetime. All I ask of you is to make a donation through this Just Giving page, I will collect all the sores and blisters, you can relax knowing that you have helped to change the life of somebody who needs it the most.

I have set the target of £5895, thats £1 for every lung bursting meter of this climb up the highest free standing mountain in the world.

I will keep you updated with my progress and of any other fundraising activities that I have planned.
