Hi there, whilst the opportunity to run 12 miles in English weather and navigating hazardous obstacles is not my typical Summer relaxation plan there was an opportunity to raise money for a good cause...........as such myself and a group of Telstar Uk co-workers will be completing (not attempting) the Tough mudder UK course for Yorkshire.  I'm not the fittest, fastest or strongest but hopefully my effort and pain will be enough to bring you all to donate to a worthy cause.  Cancer Research.
