Having a close friend who has worked tirelessly for Helen and Douglas House over many years,I have come to realise what an amazing service they provide to families who find themselves in the most stressful situation of having a terminally ill child.The expert care,experience, and help given to these families with palliative,respite and end of life and bereavement care is invaluable.My skydive will undoubtedly be a challenge to myself ,but that is absolutely nothing compared with the  challenges faced by the families so wonderfully supported  by Helen and Douglas House hospice.The compassionate service that they provide can only continue with generous donations and sponsorship from events such as this skydive.
