Inspire empowers the life choices of people with learning disabilities and additional support needs across the North East of Scotland. We provide a range of services including residential care, supported accommodation, training for employment initiatives and respite.

Story

<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Once again this year I have taken up the challenge of running the Baker Hughes 10k, to raise money for the local charity, Inspire.</p> <p><em><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #00a3d1;">Inspire&rsquo;s Vision: To empower people&rsquo;s life choices</span></em><br><em>The work we do to realise this vision is our mission: To be a leading charity in the field of learning disabilities and other support needs, developing a range of competitive services to facilitate an inclusive and integrated community through involvement of people we support and employees, enabling empowerment of individuals and encouraging potential to build independent lives.</em><br><br>Inspire believe in the potential of every individual&nbsp;they support and&nbsp;their services evolve to ensure that the correct care and encouragement is given to those who need it.&nbsp;<br><br>They currently offer a range of over 50 services including:<br>&bull; Residential services <br>&bull; Day services<br>&bull; Support to people in their communities<br>&bull; Respite care<br>&bull; Holiday Activity Schemes<br>&bull; Social Support Groups<br>&bull; Social enterprises<br>&bull; Training for employment initiatives<br><br>So please dig deep and donate now.</p>
