Well I did it.....! I ran the London Marathon on behalf of Connect Communication Disability Network

It was tougher (and hotter....) than I expected -  They say you hit 'the wall' at about 20 miles - and I definitely smacked right into it - had hoped for 4hrs 30mins but happy to settle for 4hrs 50mins in the circumstances.

Many thanks to all those who have already sponsored me, and the good news is there's still time if you haven't done so already as the website will remain open for a while yet.
