The 12in12 is for people like James, a poor Zambian who took in 17 starving street kids. His community rallied round and they struggled on together. HOPEHIV looks for people like James who are trying to make a difference. It gives them what they need to change things for themselves. James now looks after 1600+ children and is rebuilding communities torn apart by AIDS.

This year I will be very busy: I am doing one challenging event a month, organising as many fundraising climbing events as I can (currently 12), making a climbing film (proceeds to the charity), designing Tshirts to sell for the charity, building and maintaining the 12in12 website...plus my job!

It's not a patch on the work of James though. To take in so many children that you don't know if you will feed yourself takes a courage I hope I never have to find. He is just one of the many amazing people supported by HOPEHIV. So please give generously to help as many as we can.

p.s. Give HOPEHIV your money or the fox will shoot me!
