Having already raised over £4500 for Prostate Cancer last year me and my son are doing the National Football Club cycle challenge from Barnsley Football Club to Amsterdam to raise funds for Prostate Cancer.  I thought this cycling challenge was for such a good cause with this disease affecting 1 in 10 men.  That I had to take part again.  So as per last year, it also meant I have to take control of my own health and fitness.  So Slimming World, here I come again......

So now in full training until the 9th and 10th of June 2017 were we will be cycling 145  miles.
