Since January 2011, I've been working for Chapel St - a new charity working to make change happen in deprived communities. Our goal is to develop new services in education, health and employment - all with the aim of creating better opportunities for people in under-resourced areas.
This December, we're organising a 'Carolthon' across to raise money for Chapel St community health projects and against my better judgement - I've agreed to take part.
I'll be running a marathon (yes, I know!) around London and stopping off en route to perform 13 carol concerts around the capital.
I know you probably get hit left, right and centre for donations for all sorts of worthy causes, but if you would consider sponsoring me in this crazy caper, it will be very much appreciated.
From dad's and lads groups, mentoring for mums, debt counselling or care for drug and alcohol users, the money you give helps Chapel St open doors of change in community health. :)
