Story

October sees me hit the big 50!

Amid all the usual celebrations I want to do a number of things this year that not only improve my physical wellbeing but  also help a number of worthy causes that are important to me.

2016 started with a dry January.... !!

In early March I ran a 10k with my brothers for The Stroke Association in memory of my dad, who sadly died of a stroke in 2009. He is sorely missed by all of us!

My next goal is the London 2 Paris Cycle in May to raise funds for Cure Leukaemia......500km, 300+ cyclists, 96 hours, 80 miles a day!!

As those of you who know me, I like a challenge. My personal challenge here is to do the event justice and raise as much money as I can.

My request of you is simple == I've never sought sponsorship before so, as I approach 50, could I please twist your arm and ask that you consider sponsoring me on this occasion. If you could - it will be much appreciated and it will make a real difference!

Many thanks.

Johnny
