<p>I'm going to have all my hair and my beard shaved off, I've had the hair for I think 6 years now without so much as a trim. I'll be videoing it so everyone can watch it happen. The money raised goes to Aberystwyth LINKS St John Cymru-Wales for essential Resusci-Annie Dolls to train our volunteers in vital life-saving skills.
