As you will know, running is now an annual event for me. I'm running half the distance this year but it's twice the effort, so it's really the same. I'm running for Contact a Family - a great charity that provides families of disabled children with practical help and lobbies government to change things for the better. There are around 750,000 disabled children in the UK today. Their families struggle to survive due to all the of the pressures of dealing with day to day life. Please help me to make a small change to their lives.
