Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page and supporting my fund raising efforts for Dorset Wildlife Trust.
The plan is to cycle around Dorset visiting each of Dorset Wildlife Trust's 42 Nature Reserves, a total of 256 hilly miles, further than the distance from Southampton to Manchester. We hope to do it in 24 (consecutive!) hours, starting on May 21st.
Im not sure what is going to be hardest; the distance, twice what i have done before, or staying up all night, something i haven't done for at least 10 years, and then i had some help! But ive packed my caffeine tabs, my deep heat and bike lights and im up for the challenge.
Researching long distance events on the internet (my prefered form of training) i can expect highs, lows, falling asleep on the bike and hallucinations, im hoping Victoria Pendleton in, or out of, lycra will show up!
