My story
Cancer effects all our lives, late last summer it took from us our friend Liz far too soon. I for one am sick of pain, suffering and destruction that has on our lives and have decided to do my bit in fighting back and on the 28th August 2012 I am running the Auckland North Shore Half Marathon. Considering in March I couldn't run a mile without stopping this is no mean achievment.
Economically, times are hard and many people are doing great things for great causes but I would appreciate it so much if you could spare as much as you can afford to support me in my challenge.

This week I lost my Mum to this evil despicable disease, it is difficult to even consider how I can put into words how I feel right now but it has made me even more determined to complete this half marathon and raise as much money as I can. Please give what you can afford.
