In May I will be retiring after 30 years in the Fire Service.

At the end of May I will be part of a team cycling around Wales visiting every fire station in the country, a total of 1360 miles in two weeks, almost 100 miles a day.

We are raising money for the Firefighters Charity and for the Welsh Air Ambulance and I would be grateful if you could support either of these causes.
