Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! I'm running the Liverpool half-marathon on March 18th 2011, and I thought it would be a great idea to raise some money for charity. This is my first half marathon, and I'm aiming for a time of around 1.45....although this may be a little ambitious!

I've decided to raise money for the Anthony Walker Foundation. The AWF do important work in Liverpool in response to the continuing problem of hate-crime. Education is at the heart of what they do, and I feel that their work to promote anti-racism, equality and diversity in our local communities is to be supported.
