Kim & Jon Southall is raising money for Autism Aware UK
Story
As many of you know we set up Autism Aware UK in 2012 inspired by our son Dylan, who was diagnosed with autism.
Friends, family & supporters have fundraised thousands of pounds over the years to help us support people affected by autism through AAUK.
So it's only right that we get mucked in!
For those of you who know us, we have come along way on the fitness trail and have taken on many tough challenges.
This year we have decided to up the ante and take on the 10 mile Total Warrior obstacle course, complete with electrocution, fire, ice skips & lots of mud!
Oh and chuck a 4 mile fell run in between for good measure!
